SHIPPING POLICY

La Buena Estrella offers worldwide delivery by courier service. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, which will be the following according to your address.

• Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: 3,99 €. Free shipping on orders over 39 €.
• Portugal: 4,99 €.
• Canary Islands: 7,99 €.
• Rest of Europe: 11,99 €.
• Send us an email to [email protected] for orders outside of Europe and we will inform you of the shipping cost.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We refund or exchange any item within 15 days of purchase.

Contact us at [email protected] in case you want to return or exchange your purchase or part of it. You can find our address to send us the items on the shipping label of your parcel. You can also return or exchange your order at our physical store in c/Tapinería 15, 46001, Valencia. 

We refund the full amount of the returned items, provided they are in their original and saleable condition, but we can’t refund the shipping costs. If the client wants to return or exchange a garment, it must be sent to La Buena Estrella by certified mail, not ordinary. The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping charges of returning the items.

We also offer gift cards with the amount of the returned items that can be redeemed within one year.
